As a school we had a brilliant World Book Day with many exciting activities organised by our English team. These included a whole school treasure hunt where children looked for quotes from various books which adults in school had recommended. We also had virtual author visits throughout the week and lots of reading and writing of stories which were then shared across year groups. As always, we were blown away by the super costumes and effort that everyone went to!
