Junior Leadership Team

How are the team chosen?

At Christ Church we have 12 Year 6 children who make up our Christ Church Junior Leadership Team.

Mrs Pilmore specifically selects each member of the team because of the many fantastic attributes that they consistently show to both children and adults; Mrs Pilmore feels that these children are an absolute credit to our school.

How do we know who they are?

So that everyone inside and outside of school knows who is in our Junior Leadership team, they wear a special Junior Leadership tie, which is different to the rest of the school. The children in the team wear this tie with pride.

What do they do?

The team help Mrs Pilmore and Miss Stonier lead the school, making key decisions about how the school is run, show visitors around our school and they will also attend meetings with teachers, parents and/or governors.

Since being appointed in October, the team have already begun to ‘wow ‘ visitors to our school:

‘When we visited Christ Church to see whether the school was the right one for our child, we were incredibly impressed. We thought that the members of your Junior Leadership Team acquitted themselves brilliantly and were great ambassadors for your school.’
